In today’s post we are going to see a wonderful toddler activity to learn alphabets, letter sounds and 3 letter blending words with Scrabble Game. Long time ago, during my childhood it was in my Uncle’s place, me and my brother play Scrabble Game. We had lots of fight and competition but always ended up with immense knowledge on Vocabulary.

One day , I got sparked about this idea, like why not I teach my toddler Alphabets, Letter Sounds and 3 Letter blending words with Scrabble Game. And Here I came up with the post!!!

What is a SCRABBLE GAME?

Scrabble Game is a word game in which two or four players score points by placing letter tiles to form words, that are in crossword fashion.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!!! I can get you. What is this to do with the Little Ones.

So to learn Alphabets what we Need? The Alphabet Resources, which the Scrabble Game has in many of it in the form of tiles.

So what can we do with that?

ACTIVITY ONE:

Make them to recognize Alphabets by asking them, Can you find the Letter…….?

ACTIVITY TWO:

Make them to recognize Letter sounds by asking them, Can you find the letter which sounds…..?

ACTIVITY THREE:

Make them to form 3 Letter Blending words by forming a 3 letter blending word and ask them to form the same.

Is this an easy version of making them learn Alphabets, Letter Sounds and 3 letter blending words?

YAYYYY!!!! Start giving activity with this game. GET IT HERE DOWN.
