Magnificence is in our skin. Protect it rather than Covering it. Skin Care Routine is one major aspect as a part of our healthy lifestyle. In this post I am going to share some basic Skin Care routine which is not only for face but for body too.
First step to Skin Care routine is analyze your type of Skin. Whether Normal, Combination or Oily . Is it Sensitive and Acne Prone Skin?
Because this post is for the people with Sensitive and Acne Prone Skin. But these steps can also be taken by all. As these are simple basic steps for our personal hygiene too.
Wash when you Wake Up:
It is best to wash your face with mild gentle face wash, to remove all bacteria from your face which you received while sleeping. Yes, Bed, Pillow Covers, Blankets are best place for bacteria. And in some time its best to Bath early in the Morning itself. Don’t postponed your bathing period. As it may make your skin to develop little more bacteria and dirt which in turn causes the acne and other stuffs. Whatever the work in the morning, start it with a good warm bath. You also feel refreshed.
Say No Make Up:
Here the point I am going to say is that use make up products in mild proportions. If you are at home, a refreshed face with moisturizer on face and body, a little kajal for your eyes and lip balm is way enough. I Would even recommend this for working Woman. But if cannot be managed, use mild amounts of make- up products on your face.
Say No to Harsh Perfumes:
Harsh Perfumes may hinder your skin in armpits, which in turn leads to blackening of those areas. That is basically dead skin cells. Instead try these, First comes Personal Hygiene Remove your hairs on armpits regularly. As our sweat will not stay on those hairs which causes bad smell. Have a healthy diet which refresh your blood and leads to no smell. Taken these to mind there won’t be any need of perfumes. If so needed, use mild perfumes which doesn’t irritates your skin.
Night -Time Routine:
After a Long Day of your skin fought with all pollutions. Before sleep, have a night time skin care routine. I am not going to list so many steps in skin care routine. But I will say only 2 steps. Wash your face with nice mild face wash and moisturize it. I even recommend taking bath and moisturize your body. You will feel refreshed before sleep.
Without forgetting as we eat and sleep to take care ourselves. Don’t forget to start your skin care routine to take care our Skin. On anything we start to take care like Skin Care, Hair Care, Fitness, Our Work, Our Study, Anything to say. I always say CONSISTENCY is very important.
