The 3 simple secrets which I am going to reveal soon in this post is for all people Woman/Man, Younger/Elder, Parent/ Grand-Parent, Single/Couple.

Every people can follow this 3 Simple Secrets, but appropriate to their age, activity and time.

1.Healthy Diet:

What you mean by healthy diet?

Does it literally mean to be in diet(starve)?

Not at all, Healthy diet means eat your food in right way, at right time, to have quality homemade food and in proportions.

This is the first step for Self-Care which makes us live long… hmm hmm I mean to say until when we live, we will be strong 😊

Everybody must start this simple secret of being in healthy diet. Young people to older people according to your food culture, your Body Mass Index, your time to spend on eating. For Example: Mom you need more Iron rich, protein rich and calcium rich diet to breast feed your child, Grandma and Grandpa you need more Vitamin-D and calcium rich diet to run behind your grandkid, and Daddy you need more of protein rich, calcium rich diet to play and run for your whole family…. Off course I need to tell about Couples you all need more all vitamins mentioned above for an healthy diet to start a positive move for baby days. And Lastly, young ones be watchful on your diet and to maximum try to consume healthy diet of homemade foods as you are the ones going to start your life and long way to go.

2.Exercise:

One main secret for Self-Care start doing exercise daily. Whenever you can and how much ever time you can and appropriate to your age and your health condition. For Example: New Moms have a mild walk around your room when your little lilly takes a nap, Grandparents walk around your home holding by your loved one’s hands and chitchatting your old memories, Couples have Couple goals and start competing your partner. And lastly young ones GO AND PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS 😊

3.Quality Time:

Time spent with FAMILY is worth every SECOND……..

Lastly, third secret spend quality time on yourself taking personal care. Like, Stay at home moms have a routine morning and night personal care and don’t think being stay at home why should I need to do? Please do you will feel refreshed and positive, my loving Working Moms you too need to spend quality time on personal care, don’t think you don’t have time 10 mins morning and 10 mins a night will keep you positive. My happy Grand Parents sit straight a long side and pray for a time as much you can which is the best personal care for your body and a very good workout for your spine too. Couples Feel free to help your partners for personal care 😉 and Our Future World Young Peoples plan your time and allocate right time for study, work, eat, workout and personal care for yourself.
