Breastfeeding is a very special understanding for mothers and the children. It creates a joyful bond between mothers and the babies. It gives immense nutrition to the child that only you can provide, and it shows health benefits to mothers.

God cannot be in all places, so God gave Mothers to the world. And When sending her to the world god also gave her a boom of Breast milk”

Why Breastfeeding is so important?

Breastfeeding decreases the risk of several illness in both mother and the child.

Looking on to it deeply,

How is the child benefited?

  • First Milk which is called Colostrum. It is thick and yellow in color must be given to the child. As this milk is very rich in all nutrients which a child can get.
  • Breast milk gives all the necessary nutrition like protein, fat, vitamins, iron to the child from first month to 5 months of the baby.
  • Breast milk comes in a right form of heat which makes it easy for the baby to digest it.
  • It boosts immunity to the child more than animal milk or any other formula milk.

  • And the death rate of breast milk fed babies is far less when compared to non-breast milk fed babies.

So, how is the mother benefited?

  • Not, only babies, mothers are also benefited by breastfeeding in various ways.
  • Whenever breastfeeding your baby, a hormone called Oxytocin is being released from the mother’s body which helps in stopping the post-delivery bleeding and cures the post- delivery uterus soon.
  • Researchers also says that Breastfeeding brings tension hormones in mothers to normalcy level.
  • Breastfeeding helps in weight reduction and helps in maintaining the post-pregnancy tummy levels.
