Even if you do a millet size help to others, if they see it as a palm tree size, then the benefit is very high.

Quinoa is a whole grain seed which is plant based. It is called as seemai thinnai in tamil. Quinoa is different from Indian millet. but it has the same nutritional value equal to millet. Only difference is that Quinoa is high in protein like whole protein in vegetarian diet.

It is rich in fiber, iron, protein, b-vitamin, potassium, calcium, and vitamin-E. It contains enough 9 Amino acids.

It helps to reduce diabetes, high blood pressure and it also helps to promote weight-loss which is the major goal of population in current era.

So, Why Quinoa is good for Children?

If you have a child who is eating only 4 or 5 spoon of food and keeps on running away. This quinoa recipe is good and 4 to 5 spoon of this recipe keeps your kid tummy heavy for an hour or two.

The second benefit is that as it contains both soluble and insoluble fibers. It helps in reducing constipation problem in children and for even we elder.

The third benefit is that if you are vegetarian and if some keeps on advising that vegetarian diet is not having protein and give your kid EGG. If you are INTERESTED its fine. IF NOT, know that vegetarian diet is having enough protein like PULSES, PANEER and believe me QUINOA has the EQUAL AMOUNT of protein in it as equal to an egg.
