Give your toddler a bowl of peanuts with shell and make them to break it to find what is inside it. Believe this activity will save you an Hours of time.
This activity is not only to keep your child busy but also do give more Holistic developmental changes in them. They will develop more skills from this activity.
With this activity they seem to develop their Touch Sense like touching the peanut shell feeling it and breaking it. We can ask them whether how it feels like Soft or Rough. How peanuts feels like? They also develop taste senses as they tend to eat the peanuts. And we can also ask them how it taste Sweet, sour, or tasteless.
They improve their cognitive skill by thinking and discovering what’s inside the shell. The curiosity makes them to break it even it is hard. They tend to improve math skills by counting the number of peanuts inside the shell.
Breaking the shell hard makes an exercise to their hands which is a huge Physical skill development.
They tend to sit with we people during this activity and tend to look at us what we are doing, and they also do that. You can even try to take this bowl of peanuts with you and take them to the park and sit and do this activity.
