


- Prep time – 5 mins
- Cook time – 20 mins
- Urad dal – 1 1/2 cup
- Channa dal – 2 tbsp
- Almonds – 15 pieces
- Red chillies – 7 nos
- Jaggery – Walnut size
- Salt – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Asafoetida – a pinch
Steps to do:
- Heat a Kadai and add the red chillies to it. Roast it until it becomes crispy.
- Then roast Urad dal, channa dal and almonds one by one seperately until they turn red.
- After everything cools off. Add them to the mixie jar and add salt asafoetida and jaggery to it and Grind it till smooth.
A tasty and healthy KIDS IDLI MILAGAI PODI is ready to serve.
