Carrot Ginger Juice

This Drink is a Summer beat up healthy recipe for kids who does outdoor activity. This drink has lots of nutrition benefits. It will improve the metabolism, strengthen the vision, improve the skin and boost the immune system. This will be a very good option to reduce the risk of dehydration. This recipe is very easy to make. So, you can make it everyday prior to the outdoor activity. And it can also be stored in fridge for 2 days.

Ingredients needed: Serves-2

  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 small slice of ginger
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 large cup of water

Wash the carrot and ginger thoroughly to take off any dirt on them. Peel the skin of carrot and ginger and slice them into small pieces. Add the sliced carrot, ginger, brown sugar and water to the juicer and blend it. Strain the juice.
